Would anyone know if e46 facelift model front bumper (m-tec) has number plate holes or is it stuck on?
    Pictures would be great.

    Thanks

There were different guide holes throughout the number plate surface on my M-Tec bumper.

likewise to nealp, mines had various different mounting points on bumper for plates, tho you could still use double sided foam tape if you wished.

Not sure about the foam tape as there is a curvature on the surface of the bumper. Easy to peel off if you know what I mean
