how extreme are you looking to go and whats the budget as this will determin what you can do

and for that level of drop you might stuff up the tube thing in teh middle of the spring (the name has left my head) so coilies are a better bet as they are designed to take the car low

i used to be dropped 50/40 on springs and it took them ok but tbh i got bored quick it was lower but instead of it handling like a ship it was like a speed boat and it still felt a bit loose into bends for my liking so i got hold of a set of coilies never looked back i know im a bit silly low about an inch off the floor but handles siiiiiiick lol

to get you thinking the mods ive done are:
double din retro fit conversion stereo (pioneer d3 with satnav)
    coilovers all round
m6 wheels waiting to put my new ones on when they turn up (bbs style 5 in white)
sprayed m6 wheels blue with mirror polished faces to match the car
ccfl angel eye kit (ive now rewired sidlights into my indicator clusters to give it that u.s look)(i think lol) but angel eye kit is still installed so i swap back now and then
    headlight HID conversion
    sprayed engine covers blue
for pics check out my album dude
that should get your mind thinking mate

its up to you mate on the arch rolling ive heard alot of good things from mates on the v-dub side of it but not so good with the bm side of it my arches aint rolled yet and i get 8.5j 18" wheels under as i said in the pm but my next wheels are 9j et19 17" on the rear so bit worried if they will fit i hope so ive done some messuring and i think they will go without rolling my rear arch if i dont lower it any more but too late now ive brought them

I like the alloys that i got looking to refurb them afta the respray but i cant get the wheel off to find out the offset because the locking wheel nut key is rounded sme tw*t done them up to tight with a nut gun im hoping the offset is stamped on the rear of the alloy
