I may be wrong (hopefully someone can confirm).. but I believe the aftermarket powerfold mirrors are for cars with standard power fold mirrors..

Thats why they do choices for powerfold, non powerfold, electric/non-electric etc..

Also even cars with powerfold mirrors don't close automatically when you lock the car.. there's a button next to the mirror controls to fold them in..

Don't get me wrong anything like that is do-able for someone who knows there electrics but it's not going to be an easy job and as such wouldn't come cheap!

to fit any type of power fold mirrors is relativly expensive, i would have already done it to mine if it wasnt as expensive

how much are the mirrors out of intrest?

Firstly does your car have electric memory seats? if it does most of the wireing is in place, all you need is the module that goes in the drivers door, a new wing mirror switch (with the fold button) and the wires that go to the mirrors ... + your new mirrors but you got that sorted

its as simple as plugging all the bits in and bolting your mirrors on and you are good to go

as for mirrors folding in when you lock that car that is an option that can be switched on with a laptop or at a dealer/indy ... once youve installed the rest of it

thinking about it i think it will need to be plugged in anyway once you have fitted your mirrors and module

if the seats aint electric, it is alot harder to do

you will need to do a bit more wireing, and im not too sure if i can be done at all tbh
