    hi i have curently seen GMAX spring for my e46 compact 2003 i am wondering if any one knows the quality of these.
    they change the car like this 40mm front and 25mm rear
    will i need any thing elce apart from springs and not have any problems
    any help would be appreshated many thanks dave

    Not the best mate, a case of you get what you pay for..

    You shouldn't need to change anything else.

    Generally if your shocks and top mounts are in good condition you can get away with any springs.. however I'd pay a little extra and get some decent ones
    E46 325ti Sport
    Lowered 50/40 on Weitec springs
    18" staggered BBS RS-GTs

    Pioneer MVH-8200
    Focal Polyglass 5.25" 130VB components
    Alpine MRP-M650 Monoblock with Alpine Type R 10"

    How much are they up for? and how much do you want to spend? I wouldn't rate GMAX.

    I'd look for Eibach Pro series or H&R but thats just my personal opinion. Some of my mates have GMAX and the handling is pretty good to be honest..

    up for £110 on flebay mate dont want no crap stuff tho but dont want spend a fortune
