    The E46 compact is completely different to the E36.. the E36 wa basically a coupe but shorter but the E46 was designed to be completely different to the coupe/saloon... If you want a coupe/saloon then buy one as a swap of the front end is a totall mission as all the dimensions are different...

    Compacts are cool anyway... END OF!
