    stripped the chrome of the slats today it only took about half hour to do ,i think it looks alright

    I think it looks good . I'm now considering it for my imola red coupe.
    How did you strip the chrome off?

    Also, where did you get the clubsport splitters from? Once fitted do they protrude further than the original bumper splitters?

    i sanded it off with fine wet and dry paper then cleaned with some thinners, i got the splitters from bmstyling they stick out a bit but do fit well and give the front end bit more depth

    I'll keep an eye out for you driving around West Norfolk now

    Easier to recognise! haha

    I'm tempted by black grilles but won't until i've got new rims and a lip spoiler.

    I must admit i think the ones with the black surrounds on a silver car look wrong but with just the slats black they look

    Get rid of all the chrome IMO m8, chrome lives on your bathroom taps, not your car

    My coupe came with the slats blacked out, they haven't been painted or stripped in anyway that I can tell I assumed it came like that from the factory as it also has no chrome window surrounds.. Looks classy to me
