    Hi guys im looking to wrap my interior trims as they are completly trashed what is the diffrence between the 3m carbon wrap and the cheaper wraps the amount im looking for is as follows
    3m carbon wrap 600x1200mm £30.00 inc p&p
    non 3m carbon wrap 1000x1200 £12.00 +p&p

    both these items are on ebay

    what do you guys think play safe with the 3m or go for the cheaper option
    il thank you all in advance for any help and suggestions given

    3M are the company that pretty much invented the stuff.....Its defo top quality. Get a heat gun to help u.....

    I was going to do this to my E46 last year, never got around to it, Chasman did and it looked great, he used as I was going to us 3M because you know it is good proven and tested, I wouldn't bother doing it if the option was to use the non 3M stuff.

    Would you say that they are the same quality i know you get what you pay for but do you think your paying for the name or play it safe and go for the 3m

    I think you all have made up my mind already i think i will go for the 3m and save myself the time having to do it again in a year or so

    3m all the way. would you buy 1.8i kia? no you got a beemer cause they're quality. allways buy the best you can afford!

    the diffrence between the 3m and the cheaper stuff

    the 3m has tiny holes in, this is why air bubbles come out

    the cheap stuff, no holes you will get air bubbles and wish you had spent the extra

    just had mine done by a chap over the road from my unit looks well sweet it does the centre console is a little dodgy as there is virtually no space between
    the switches and the trim so when they were re fitted it pushed it out a wee bit . but i will remove the switches and trim the plastic a little .

    They look so much smarter as the vaneer comes off with a scratch of a nail i ordered my 3m wrap today and removed all my interior trims ready for wraping il post up some pics once its all done thanks for all the help people
