Anyway, I did lots of Googling and found a guy from Luton who supplied me with an M-sport bumper. He sprayed it, supplied all the parts (Fogs, etc) and fitted it for £550. The only thing I had to but was the horn. He also had to do some rewiring as they snipped off the wires for the fogs, horn and outside temperatue gauge.

You should have no trouble finding someone to help you, because it's such a common occurance lately.

A word of warning though. I have read of some people getting a new one fitted, and that being stolen as well. One guy had it stolen 6 times.

My advice would be that once a new one is fitted, mix up some body filler and smear it on the end of the main bolts. Once set it would take an angle grinder to remove.
thanks mate will follow your advice.

What about replacing the fixing screws with a type of security screw?

Sheer nuts are quite popular. I can never decide if I would just be happier letting someone take the bumper rather than damaging the rest of the car when they can't get it off.
