Finally managed to get my angel eyes installed yesterday - turned out to be a bit of a pain, but am glad I did it as I think it makes the car look a bit more modern.

Getting the bumper off was easy, but splitting the lights was a real pain. Once they start to come apart, easy. I was nervous about the wiring, but that proved easy as well - and I have no warning lights on the dash!

The other thing that was tricky was getting the actual CCFL's mounted in the headlight. The ones I bought from e-bay were slightly different from the instructions (which use the same pics as Cal's how to), so didn't mount and line up in the same way.

In the end though, very happy with the end result. I need to change my headlight bulbs now though for some with a slight blue tint as they look a bit odd with the angel eyes (think I am going to try the Phillips Extreme with a blue tint).

Anyhow, enough of my rambling, here are some pics (not great, but its now raining so some better ones will have to wait a bit).

Few more pics of the lights - not sure that they are that much better than the first batch though...

Cheers Nick. After I have finished refurbing my wheels, I'm going to colour code the bumper and door trim and fit some black grills.

Cheers Goughy - they are a pain the bum to do though.

    Worth it though.

I'll be much happier when it is colour coded and has black grills plus some new plates.

av you thought about some hid's? an 8k set should give you a slight blueness to the light.

Wow, looking pretty darn bright too! Get some SilverVision bulbs for the old indicators too, makes a lot of difference and costs very little...

I have considered them - but was worried about the legality issues / grey areas that surround them. I was also not sure if I would have the correct headlights (be it projector or otherwise), hence why I am going to try a bulb with a bluish tint.
