I was thinking of getting some new mirrors for my car, but the thing is - unlike with almost every other E36 styling component - there is only a very limited choice of mirror styles.

It seems everyone who wants to "mod" their mirrors just gets M3-lookalike ones, and they are content with that.
Personally, I don't like M3-style mirrors, and I don't think they look any better than stock; in fact, they don't go well with that "E36 attitude" at all, they make it look like it's some Japanese car... They're just too curvy and not "masculine" at all.

I think the stock mirrors on my coupe look alright, there's two problems though: they are quite big and not very aerodynamic, and secondly - well, they are stock and as a result, slightly boring...

So finally, my question: can you please post any alternative mirror styles that you might stumble upon (i. e. other than M3) - preferably ones without LEDs, preferably NOT in chrome lol, and preferably ones that look badass

Btw. I quite like the mirrors on this car:

The mirror in that video is very cool, I agree.

Personally, I like m3 ones, but I want ones with indicators in them so I can smooth the wing!

Thank you! I was beginning to think I was the only person on the planet that thought stock looked better

Stock just looks more solid, unrelenting, in this "I don't give a sh*t" kinda way.

Actually... there must be a way to attach mirrors, like the one on Norma above, to a standard car. I mean, many motorcycles have similar mirrors, so it should be doable shouldn't it?... Obviously, they would no longer be electric, but that's a small concern.
