    Hi All
Well i bagged me a £40 M3 front bumper which had some damage to the top section and also the lip spoiler, and in general a right mess ( dont buy stuff in the dark). the paint work was very bad and the mesh grill was heald in with wood screws.
So i rubbed the bumper down and started the repair using glue which at first looked like it was going to do the job, but as soon as i started to move the bumper it would break
so after a couple of minute and looking though my shed, my blow touch court
my eye, so i though as the bumper was plastic i could melt the sections together and low and behold it bloody worked and is strong as fook

here's some of the picture it took off before and after repairs and a bit of paint work

bumper after a quick rub dowm with wet & dry

crack in the top of bumper

    crack in spoiler

    repair with blow torch

repair to front of bumper with my little friend

    repair to spoiler

bumper after being sprayed with primer filler

and bumper after first coat of boston green

Looks good Ralph....would have dried quicker if you'd have painted it in the kitchen

good job there ralph was wondering where the pegs were going in the first pic lol, im not so sure about the torch repair though as the bumpers are grp not plastic and it may be brittle.
