    Hi all,

My 318is has a case of "headlampswreckeditis" and so they need replacing in order to give the front end a freshen up. I was going to buy two second hand items however i see that most E36 headlamps suffer from very bad condenstation build up so i am now thinking new ones.

I am wondering what are a good quality replacement headlamp for the E36 coupe??? OEM replacement here are €249.00 each and i really don't have that kind of money to spend. I was hoping to maybe find a set for €300 for both??? is this possible?? I have had a quick look on ebay but anything on there seem to be £79.00 - £129.00 for the pair and i would be dubious about the quality/fitment etc. What have you guys bought for your E36???

Am i asking to much for my €300!!!!

Ideas and opinions much appreciated, thanks

I don't know if its possible but i was thinking about getting some new glass for mine rather than replacing the whole lot.

Hmmmm, new glass!!! Would be a pain in the ass to brake the seal etc but could be worth a look. If it was doable i would then be going down the yellow main beam look for sure

Just buy a clean second hand set and take the covers off the back and no more condensation

    Quick easy fix

we helped this customer replace the front and rears with clear ones which wasn't really that expensive and considering they're after market, they fitted pretty well too.
This was quite a while ago now but if you're interested, I'm sure I can dig up where I bought them from.

New lights are one of the best ways of making your car look fresh IMO.
