hey. ive just converted my 318 saloon into a 328. i was looking at fitting a e46 m3 back box and just wondered how much effort it would be.
I can see i would have to remove or reduce the spare wheel holder and make brackets for the box to mount onto. Apart from that is there anything else i may have to do??

i just love the sound of the quad exit exhausts

    cheers

Do you need to reduce spare wheel holder?

    yeah i think so.
the box looks to big to sit behind the wheel holder and it would sit too low if it was attached to the bottom.

you would be better off having a twin exit box made, the e46 m3 backbox weighs a hell of a lot.its not that dear to have one made when you compare the expense and time it would take to fit the e46 box.
