    Got donated some painted wing mirrors (cheers steve) whats the best way to sand them back do i just pick up some sand paper and see which one is best or should i use a fine paper or cours anyone got any experience. cheers

    If the paint is in good condition, no chips etc then just rub them over with some 600 grade and then prime and paint. If they have paint damage then use 320 grade on the dodgy bits first to get it all smooth and even.

    Will do w4vy got plenty of space to do the wingmirrors now just gotta bug family for some garage space somewhere to do the skirts

    Use some plastic primer . Better adhesion for the paint.

    Plastic primer never heard of it i'll have to google it but if it's like sky hooks or a left handed screwdriver wont be happy.

    Cheers neal my apologises just googled it and there is such a thing just having a look and b&q do a spray for interior and exterior do you reckon it would work for a car or best to get it from an auto factors any help appreciated

    You can get that from Halfrauds as well mate...Hycote is one of the best ones to use
