I have 2 e34's. I was wondering if it was possible to put the spoiler (standard) off one of them onto the other without too much hassle?

You should be able to do this with minimal effort

First off see if you can get on to the securing nuts that will be hidden behind plugs in the bootlid, you may need to remove the boot lid liner

As you are moving from an identical car then just measure up accurately the hole locations and drill away Make sure you treat the holes with a little rust protection before fitting the spoiler, you may also wish to use a bonding agent to aid securing the spoiler too
