done my car today with 1 coat lime prime lite, 1 coat poorboys blackhole and then topped with 2 coats of collis 476 and car looks 10 times better than it did with the crappy dodo juice wax on( purple haze or supernatural)collinite ftw!!
Mark going off at a tangent, have you any experience of Poorboys White Diamond (similar to Black Hole, but for light cars)?
I was thinking of trying some lime prime (as I've never used a cleanser on my car to date), folled by a glaze and some wax. Am I right in thinking that you need to leave stuff like Natty's a fair while before coats? If so is it OK to wash the car before the second coat, or just rinse with the hose.
Cheers for you help.
Cool cheers mate - looks like a visit to Performance Motorcare is in order then!
So far the Natty's wax has lasted well and the colour still looks strong and the water beads off really well, whereas the cheaper waxes that I have used before would be fading in their effectiveness by now.
Heres some pictures from a afternoons work last weekend, i applied dodo's lime prime lite, then blackhole, and finally topped with 2x coats of collinite 476s and its completley blown the dodo juice purple haze and supernatural out of the water
Looks really good mate.
I applied two coats of Natty's on Sunday and am pretty pleased with the results (will be getting some lime prime lite, diamond white and 476 soon in prep for the winter, once our holiday is out of the way at the end of the month).
A couple of pics following me efforts...
car looks good, nattys is very good for the money, done with waxing now as collinite should see it through for 6 months,i'm thinking of selling up tbh as i've had a go in a 540 m sport today and have fallen in love, time for a change
I had decent results doing the following:
Wash and dry,
polish with Menerza,
polish with Autoglym super resin polish,
coat of red moose glaze,
coat of blue velvet,
coat of purple haze.
Ive tried a fair few of the Dodo Juice range and ive never been totally impressed. There is no doubt its good stuff though. After trying out a whole load of products i found Ioncoat Naviwax to be the best.
Not on a BMW (didnt have one at the time) but it shows the level of shine.
