    Hi Folks

    So what do you recommend on cleaning the cloth upholstry on my E46. It the standard black with the grey speckle. Anyone ever used a steam cleaner. I have access to on but am wary incase I do damage....any suggestion appreciated.

    Hi Will,

    I use the the AutoGlym stuff on cloth interiors, easy and it works a treat

    p.s: good to have another Irishman on board

    Ta, yes these forums are a great help. Where did you get the autoglym...ebay item I assume and how much you reckon I should be paying.

    Used the autoglym interior foam in the past and has worked well, if you have some staines something like vanish foam depending your careful about colourfastness

    I buy it in halfords but have seen it in most motor factors around

    and its around 7 euro

    Autoglym interior shampoo is probably the easiest to get hold of, spray the area to be cleaned well enough to be able to agitate with a brush so it produces a little lather, then wipe over with a damp microfibre using medium pressure, allow to dry naturally.
