With all the latest spate of cleaning cars, I thought I would post up a few pics of my car as prompted by a fellow Mod. Also, I have made a few cosmetic changes after I bought her last month, just to add to the bits that I thought were missing . So cleaned her up and put on a glaze sealant...no wax, as I intend to do some paint correction later.

    Engine cleaned and dressed...

Now for some modifications...the car had some carbon fibre accessories from the BMW Performance range to break up the silver, however, I changed a few more items to my liking.

First, the grills were changed to carbon fibre from chrome...

Then installed a race plate to match the 'M' pedals that were already fitted...

And finally, fitted the Darkline rear tail lights available for the E90 from BMW...

    BEFORE:

    AFTER:

Final pics...big thanks to my friend Rob aka Gleammachine, for all those tips he gave me .

That's the begining of my mods...car has been re-mapped by previous owner, so that one's done and dusted

Carbon fibre is more expensive, but definitely will look good mate. I was thinking shadow line gloss, but most of mine is carbon now...including window trims.

...well, they are just rubber ons Craig...they protect the real thing underneath . I've had problems cleaning them in the past, especially with the wet weather and muddy passenger's feet.
