    guys is it ok if i break the clay in half? just incase i drop it, that way i would only have to throw away one half an still have another left

    Fine to cut in half, even smaller would be good, you only need a small piece, change it when its getting dirty, keep it well lubricated, water and car shampoo mixed in a weak solution is good or detailing spray

    how long would one of the clay's last me? (usually?) would i only be able to use the clay once on the whole car an then need to throw it away, how long does it usually last u guys an how many times amonth claying be done

    I only clay once a year, it's basically to remove surface imperfections, eg. Tar spots. I've had my clay bar a few years as only use a small piece at a time, making sure you have thoroughly washed the car first otherwise any grit or dust will be likely to cause surface scratches.

    is it worth to clay things like sideskirts or underneath of the bumpers?

    we used the same clay bar for months doing to untold amounts of cars..really loads and loads..
