    If you haven't the scraper I would imagine the results not to be so good, certainly gets loads of use when I do it.

    I reckon any piece of flat edged plastic would suffice. Put the cloth, moistened with the blending solution around the edge and use it to smooth over.

    hi, thanks mark and lewy. yes mark, i can imagine the plastic scraper/blade you mention would be good, kinda like filling a hole with plaster in a wall?? lewy, really looking forward to seeing your results. also, really hope it works for you, the product in theory sounds fantastic, im just really disappointed it didnt work well for me.

    I was looking into this recently aswell, as the recent state of the roads has taken it's toll on my bumper and bonnet.
    Looking forward to seeing somes pics.

    I wonder why chipex stopped including the scraper in the kit then mark?

    my front bumper is f****d and the bonnet needs some attention too,
