    ok :-( well lol

the interior or my car is black. roof lining, dash, rear seats and the front seats are on the to do list it just seems that the only thing letting the interior down is the carpet so was gonna get a jet black carpet to bring the interior back to life again.

Here some pics of what im on about lol please excuse the mess its never been that dirty before tho :-(

Iv just had a look in the site search bar for ' how to remove E36 carpet ' and i cant seem to find a write up of it. I think iv got a good idea but wanna double check.

remove the seats, rear ash tray and take out screw under that, take gear knob off, gaiter off, obc out, compartment under the obc out, coin tray next to handbrake out, unscrew the screws around the inside of the console where the gear stick is, handbrake handle off, gaiter off, take off center console where gear stick is, then ease the rest of the center unit up and over the arm rest, behind the accelerator pedal undo clip and pull pedal up, remove the card bit under the steering wheel and the glove box, unscrew the bars at the bottom of the seat belts then left and remove the rear seat? is that correct or have i missed anything?

Rob if it was me I wouldn't bother changing it and get some quality car mats instead and spend your hard earned on more beneficial things for the car.

It's just a carpet at the end of the day
