Hey Rob could be wrong but i would imagine with a heat gun and some patience that the carbon vinyl would do pretty much anything..... Would be well worth a try!!!! and be very interesting to see.
How about white carbon like what we've done with our 350Z:
I personally don't like black vinyl carbon because it looks nothing like the real thing.
Real carbon wet laid using vac bagging:
Another nice one is gun metal carbon:
Having real carbon on the engine isn't really a good idea because the heat causes the gel clear coat to fog up in time.
Vinyl simply doesn't work with engine heat so that's out the question.
I also wouldn't advise wrapping your alloys in vinyl because it will be destroyed within days.
If you really want a carbon look for your alloys, I'd advise going for a carbon look dip bath but even still it's more silver and black rectangle check look.
The kit from Carbon Mods is really good. I've seen some people do some pretty good wraps with it.
If you do use a lot, its actually cheaper to buy everything separately instead.
Thats printed though. You can have your alloys done like that.
Yeah maybe your right mate, The only downside is theres not much that can be done to the E36 cars :frown so when someone does something everyone seems to follow like headless chickens :hihi
thats prob why iv done the push start button mod, It works and that but i never use it, I only done it cuz its something different and not many well i dont think many people have done it.
