    Nice work mate you just need to step up a tad on your compound, both Menz 203s and 3M ultrafina are fine polishes. But are used to best affect as finishing polish which is what I use them for, maybe try stepping up to http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polish.../prod_229.html with this pad http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polish.../prod_543.html

    You will have more joy in removing some of the deeper defects, and then use either of the other 2 polish after to refine the paint and add gloss

    Good job!
    I use that Meguirs High Gloss tyre shine too. Great stuff.
    Applied a couple of coats over 2.5 weeks ago and they still looking shiny..........shame rest of car is filthy though
