IIRC all clay comes from the same place and is just labelled up differently. Looks like its worth it but just for my own OCD i'd go for a branded clay bar and go for something like meguiars

Any one used this yet? I wouldnt mind clay barring my car but am unsure about doing it. When people say lube what is the best lube to use? Or can I use something like Demon Shine or something like that?

I did the same (similar), but used car shampoo instead (no surfactants). Total waste of time and money - I'm no Snow n Shine person but the clay pretty much remained the same except a few tar spots and some crap on the wheels. I won't be doing it again!
There is a lot of confusion about claybars. All they do is remove the bonded contaminents on the paint. When the paint is wet and you run your fingers over a panel if there are no contaminents it should feel smooth. If you can feel anything then a clay bar will get rid of them. It doesn't make the car shiny, thats what polish followed by wax does.
