    Angel lights are sidelights only

I have one of the very first complete unit designs introduced to the market by Hella

The CCFL rings are much brighter and look cool so long as they have been fitted correctly

Let me know how you get on with the install (I've seen the how to's on here and it doesn't look too hard).

How much have you lowered your car - springs or coil overs? Yours makes mine look like its on stilts! Got a long list of jobs to get through on my compact - including lowering (was thinking Eibach springs as I've heard good things about them).

Not sure how much we've lowered mine by actually lol Its on coilovers and the back is set to its lowest setting. not sure how much that is but its pretty low gotta get some spacers for the front wheels before i can bring the front down anymore though because the front wheels catch on the struts if i was to bring it down any more... doesnt need to come down much, only another 20mm or so

Yeah mate ill let you know how i get on
Doesnt look to hard, pain that you gotta take the front bumper off though but nevertheless i think it'll be worth it

What else you planning on doin to yours then? and what have you doen already?

Not had much chance to do much yet as its needed some work (rear tyres, full set of discs and pads, 2 x rear springs, 2 x rear shocks, 4 wheel alignment, service, MOT and new brake lines).

Need to sort the rear bumper - some old fart hit it in B&Q, trying to source one for a 325ti is hard - loads about for 316's etc but they're no good as the exhaust cut out is too small.

But planning to - repaint the interior trim in Titan Silver to match the exterior, angle eyes, lower it on eibachs (20mm front 40mm back - or there abouts), powerflex bushes all round, sport side skirts, possibly black grills and also thinking about an illuminated M tech gear knob. So not too much then! Trim's getting sort at the end of the month as I'm off work so have got time and will hopefully do the angle eyes at the same time.

    20mm front 40mm back
I think you were meant to write 40mm front and 20mm rear

The reason the front is normally lowered more is due to the difference in cut on the front and rear arches

Look forward to viewing your progress in the "Members Project" section

Right, decided on what CCFL's to get, now which HID's....

What 'K' is best to go for? and what kinda price am i looking at?

Seen a set on ebay specifically for the compact, but its £115 and there only 5000k.... thought that was a bit expensive and a bit low in 'K'?

    Or am i wrong?

Should any old H7 HID kit fit the E46 Compact?

Any body got any links to HID's they've bought?

    Cheers Guys
