I done a complete cleaning to my car yesterday,

wash/clay/wash/ then used da polisher with MEGS 2ND STAGE POLISH then wax.

it got darkish when doing the polishing so didnt see to well what it had removed, today in the morning i look at it and it hasnt remove any squirls

am i using the wrong compound? isnt megs polish good? need something to fill in the black paint and restore it to show room finish

You won't be able to get any abrasive polishes from halfrods other than scratch x.. but that's a hand polish,

I second the Menzerna as well. I recently purchased a DA with the Menzerna kit and was impressed with the correction obtained.

Also mate checkout http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/ learnt loads on here about treating your car

Think you will need swirl x or stage 1 cleaner to get the marks out. Ultimate compound is good to.

Sounds like you have polished them in
