Does this go on after the coat of polish and before the coat of wax, or after the coat of wax?

Goes on after polish as it's a sealant.

After the polish and before the wax (optional).

Top tip to get the best out of the EGP is to rub it over the car and let it cure for around 3-4 hours if you can in a garage and then buff it to a shine, this way it'll bead water longer. In this weather though i'd really be using a wax with a high carnuba content as you need less protection and more shine

So, do you really need EGP, as well as wax on top?

    Overkill?

Not entirely needed, I wouldn't unless it was the first detail of the year..

Wouldn't use it full stop personally.. it doesn't give particularly good protection so not much use as a sealant, better off with a hard wax IMO

I've been using collinite 915 - The shine of the paint is still amazing after a quick wash and dry (polish & wax applied 3 months ago).

I top up the wax every 2 washes though, that way the layer of protection is always increased and it'll protect the detailed finish underneath.
