Hi folks, I am looking for a good cleaner / protector for my black convertible roof. I replaced the rear screen last night (genuine BMW part - £295!) But now the roof looks a bit dirty / shabby since your eyes are taken away from the old cut screen!
I have used a 2 pack turtle wax product, but did not think it was great.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I bought my convertible the hood just absorbed all of the rain, so i bought Autoglym roof cleaner and protector and no most of the rain just runs straight off. Not bad for £20 from halfrauds!!
I may try renovo next time to comparre them!!

I use the Autoglym 2 step method, gives really good results and the water does bead quite well. Fairly easy to apply.

One word of warning, if you get any of the protector spray on your glass or paintwork, get it off straight away with a damp cloth. I did this then used Autoglym glass polish and then waxed the paintwork which had the overspray on.

    Cheers
