    Hi all,

I have just picked up my alpine white 335d and i am well chuffed with it. It has been supagarded by the dealer and to be honest it looks superb.

I have read mixed reviews about the supagard products but could you please advise what the best way of keeping the showroom finish going forward including recommended products.

I dont want to buy products that will remove the supagard hence my enquiry

    Many thanks

    Gav

hmmm... you should pm perfection detailing or message him through the vendor on the forum...

You want to be carefull anyway.. dont want any swirls etc...

Buy the best of the best to be honest.. well within reason.. good microfiber cloths, lambswool mitts, 2 bucket method.. theres a sticky on here called the detailing handbook.. some good info on there..

Also visit polishedbliss.com or co.uk.. cant remember... loads of info on there!!

If your loaded which i assume you are.. then get to a professional detailer and you can do like a wash scheme thing....

    Hope this helps..

Pics will follow once the weather improves!
Now ive bumped it up can someone advise whether i should wax / polish my newly supagarded car?

Ive just ordered some foam and shampoo (dodo juice) and bilberry (wheels)to wash it but i want to see what i should be doing after. The last thing i want to do is remove the supagard treatment.

    cheers

Tbh, that supagard thing is a waste of time. You can easily buy a pre-soaked pad and apply it yourself instead of paying the dealer to do it...EXAMPLE. Personally speaking, I would have just gone with something from the Meguiars range to do the job
