    Hi,
i have just bought a second hand manual E90 msport leather interior to replace my manual SE cloth interior, and i'm looking for tips on retro fitting it.

the door cards and rear seats should be fairly straight forward... i'm hoping...

and i know i need to disconnect the battery negative to stop any airbag errors,
but the manual front seats have some extra electric functions like side bolsters.
    does this require additional wiring?

plus i'm not sure if all msport leather seats are heated? and if they are, how difficult it is to add the controls and wiring for them?

any help will be much appreciated

ok, so i think the seats are heated as they have extra modules fitted underneath,
with 3 sets of wires (seat, thigh, and backrest elements) plugged into the modules.

the seat airbag, seatbelt tensioner connectors, and passenger seat occupation look like they should be a straight swap.
so that should allow me to swap the seats over without heating but no power for the bolster adjustment...

the wiring looms to the seats hasn't got all the power wires ect needed for heating, and bolster adjustment.
so if i want the heated seats to work, would i just need a new console switch
(i have the auto stop start button in this strip already)
and additional wiring loom to supply power?
also would this need coding to work?
