    UPDATE

By pure chance, I managed to buy an ABS (alleged original) spoiler today, painted in my colour, ex display for £150 at Gaydon.

What are the chances of that ?

Anyway, will fit it this week and post piccies as soon as.

Shame they could not back up there vote with something constructive to say

Two things worthy of mention here.
1st, If somebody didnt like the thing and voted against it, I dont think it is particularly fair to push them into a corner to say why. Maybe they were too busy and thought voting was a quick option. Especially if they voted very early on and it could have been 10 against and one for, meaning their reasoning would be lost amongst everyone elses views, or at least add little weight.

    and 2nd

It might have been me that voted dont be silly. Not saying it was, but if memory serves I remember seeing the word 'fibreglass' and thinking that it was something I wouldnt have on my car. Hate the brittle stuff far too much.

So, if it was me that said dont be silly (and I honestly cant remember) then the reasoning in my head was (or would have been) that it is fibreglass, and even though others have said only fit it 'if' it is the only option, I would actually vote against it because of the fibreglass aspect.

PS. after writing all that, I have realised I can see the vote tally so I must have voted. With that in mind, and regardless of whether someone else voted dont be silly, in the abscence of any other victim, I hereby claim that vote as mine.

PPS It looks the bollox by the way, so I would need to vote yes to looks great, But would still have to vote dont be silly as well for the reasons above
