was wondering if something like poorboys black hole or a n other product would reduce or cover these scratches & swirl marks?

They are only light so something like scratch x would do it.
Or use SRP to fill them?

black hole or srp are the two most used for filling scratches and hiding swirls, you could have a go with swirl x or poorboys ssrs but it will be pretty hard going due to the hardness of original bmw paint, however a combo of both should improve/reduce the defects you have, just make sure to top with a sealant or wax after to make sure your work lasts!
