Having done the following to my pride & joy
    i) skinny spare wheel, jack & brace from BMW
ii) Falken 452's instead of runflats
iii) de-swirled on Tuesday 31st Aug

my attentions are moving to how she looks at night

Can i upgrade my standard Halogen headlights to xenons?

    what is the cost?

Has anyone done this? (if no - can i change the bulbs to give a white light)

are there any specialist that can do this upgrade for me?

any answers to my questions would be appreciated - thanks

Well i upgraded my 3 series to xenon.

Although im not sure about the E60 but the E90 is an absolute pig to upgrade as you constantly get bulb out warning lights as i went through two kits giving errors.

if you visit hids4u.co.uk they have a range of xenon kits there. You don't have to replace your headlamps or anything just the bulbs and a little bit of extra wiring. I would recommend the xenon kit rather than the white bulb as in my opinion it just doesn't do a BMW justice. But once i had my kit installed it made all the difference i can show you pics to compare if you want.

My kit was £160 but was money well spent and you don't really need a professional its relatively simple to install but any auto-spark could do the work in 20 mins

    Hope this helps
