Hi my e60 when ordered , I asked for what BMW call "sun protection glazing", its a nice tint on the rear and sides. At night looks quite blacked out but cann still see comfortablly outside. I think they look nice,

I will agree that certain COLOURS may not look AS desirable but I've never heard the comment stating that a certain VEHICLE does not suit them

It is your opinion and I'm not knocking it I'm just mentioning that it's something I've heard before

[QUOTE=A20 RYM;147763]Well, that's the first time I've ever heard that comment

What is it that you think makes you think this? I could understand if perhaps a wrong colour was used I.E. Red car, green tint but black goes with ANYTHING.

Is it just BMW's that you think this or are there others?

Well there's a first time for everything!

I suppose it would have to be a light tint on the windows at...I think 50% is enough on a BMW

your right in sayin about the colour of car and tint...red car, green tint! who would have even thought of that! but Black can go with certain car colour I just feel that if it's too dark it just doesn't look right on a BMW apart from the X5 and 6...

I just think that the car looks 10 times better without tinted windows! It's just an opinion! dont be loosing any sleep over it!

    Have you tinted windows??

No that's fair comment mate and I have far more worrying things to lose sleep over I'm getting married in UNDER two weeks

There is a first time for hearing it and from now on I am going to look more carefully as it is not something that I have picked up on before now

I don't even own a BMW let alone have tinted windows

    Wasn't having a dig

Red and White cars suit the tints tbh .... on my 318 I had the 20% but on the 328 I went for the limo black .... I prefer the darker !!
