    Hi All,

Can someone help please? I have an 04 330d Sport and just bought a new wood trim to replace a carbon fibre one.

The problem is the door trims wont fit as they dont have a slight curve on them like my old ones. The dash trims also problematic, they dont come with the usual pins and slots in order to fix them to the dash, instead looks like you have to screw pins into the back of the trim in order to fit them.

Am I going mad, do the trims vary depending on the model or have I been sold a dodgy set?

    Thanks

    Are the replacements genuine BMW?

Yeah they are which makes it all the more weird. Have noticed that some of the new parts have a manufacture date of december 1998. They can't be for an E36 because the trim was so different but wondering if they changed the trim sizes when the E46 got a facelift around 2002. Ahhh!

Have you cross-referenced the part numbers with www.realoem.com or www.bmwfans.info ?
