    If you can't feel it with your nail then it'll be inbetween the glass and reflective thingy, a new one from your local parts shop shouldn't cost more than £15 (probably less) You can get some that have 3m sticky tape on the back and just stick over the old mirror

    How do you know you don't have heated mirrors Seb? Moisture build up between the layers of glass can cause this and it happens primarily when heated mirrors are not working.

    **UPDATE** OK today after parking up today I touched both mirrors and they were HOT!...Im guessing I have heated mirrors
