60mm front 40mm at there rear but dont use cheap springs as you will find yourself going through alot of shocks or a set of coilovers would be best but again if you want them to last dont get the cheap crap.

I've got my car pretty low on Weitec 50/35 springs.. obviously excellent quality being Weitec and only cost about £120..

As Ben said though if you want it decked you need coilies!

You won't get a 60/40 kit for the compact, need coilies.. Bens got hottuning coilovers, £185 delivered from hottuning forum vendor

you can get 55/35 H&R springs but they are expensive..

Coilovers? Yeah comes with everything you need apart from top mounts (generally recommended you fit new top mounts front and back when going to coilovers)..

In regards to your other thread I wouldn't pay £110 for GMAX springs..
