i was advised after fitting 19s dropping them that much could be a problem unless i was too do some archwork..i wanted coilovers..they are 8.5 front and 9.5 at the back..the msport already sits,i think about 15-20mm lower than standard anyway mate...they would look the dogs danglys slammed on 19s tho..hopefully sumone will come along with better news for us both

I think the fronts would be fine but the rears have a reinforcing bar running in the arch so rear dropping is a bit poo and you cant roll them because of the bar..

I am almost 100% sure you will need your archs rolled. Esp for a drop of 30 mm, 19' and slammed looks amazing! But it will foul so rolling is needed, as for spacers that is another need I am guessing as the tyre will most likely rub on the inner part of the arch.

Your probable going to need... spacers to clear the spring whilst lowering the front.. maybe stretched tyres to give you more room.. and wheel geometry done once its all done to sort out the camber...

Well my wheels are the same size as yours and i got 215/35 up front and 235/35 on the rears it gives you less flex in the sidewall so cornering is improved put you have to run them at slightly higher pressure so they dont pop off therefore comfort might be slightly compremised...

    Heres a pic of mine..

You thought about getting coilovers for the front? Hot tuning sell kits on here...
