The angel eyes are not replacements for head lights. They are just really stylish side lights.

my opinion get shut of the bmw badged plates for some pressed german plates.

    my mods so far-

    uuc magnesium strut brace
    dave f induction kit
    shadow chrome m sport alloys
    angel eyes in genuine bi-xenons
    carbon grilles
gen bmw chromeline indicators and rear lights
    led interior lights
    led number plate bulbs
    3m carbon pillars
    carbon badges
gen schnitzer roof spoiler(got lower one still deciding to fit or not)
    german plates.

    still to fit -
salberk mirrors with led down lighting(halfords friggin laquer takes ages to cure!)
    chirpstar
i am looking to do the side indicator pretty soon, deffinately getting rid of the plates for some black old school metal plates. and also gettin some white xenon bulbs.

there isnt an original part on your car mate lol just kidding. it looks crazy and in black, cant beat that colour. but then again yours is a 325 so you can even mess around with the power without worrying about the engine, problem with the 316 is that it looks like it can go and it can but wouldnt mind abit of extra power you know.

That is most certainly an MOT failure! They should be wired into the side lights... as in the tiny little bulb that sits in the big reflector....

Surely the garage must have known that.. if not then cowboys!

hmmm...tomorrow I am going to the body shop and having a look at the body work theyve done before they buff and pollish, so I will ask the guy that installed them he's only around the corner.

Actually saying that I do remember them taking that little light bulb out but I will make sure tomorrow. The angel eyes come on when i turn to second not sure if thats a help.

The angel eyes should only come on when you turn the light control unit to the first setting... the second setting turns the dipped beams on but will also leave the sidelights on...
