on my 316ti it would sometimes open/close windows by holding the unlock/lock button.. but it seemed to only be when the car felt like it..

haven't tried on the new car yet

Is it one of those stupid things that the Sealer has to program your key to do? I'm sure there are various things that you can do via the key, but they need to be programmed by the dealer (I could be barking up the wrong tree though!).

I just pressumed that all BM's did (my uncle's 3 and 7 series did and and so did his X5).

I think as standard when new the fob will drop/close all windows when opening/locking car..

You can go to people with the right software and get them to program allsorts.. the dealer also off certain functions from the fob for a significant amount of money..

Most common one is for verts to get the roof down via the fob.. a must if you have a vert IMO!

Going slightly off topic here sorry.. lol
