    Hi All,

Would just like to say hi to all you 'Bimmer' Enthusiasts! : as I am new to the forum, My Name is Andy and i have just bought a lovely 2002 BMW X5 3.0L Diesel Sport!

Anyway, On with the question in hand!

Is there a pack I can get from FleaBay or somewhere to replace the wood interior trim? ( on steering wheel and centre console and around dash.)

I would prefer it to be plain Silver or Black.

    Links would be helpful.

    Many Thanks!

    Andy

Probably the best thing to do is go to a BMW dealer and see parts and get a quote from them and a part number... and search away... for the best deal...

Or just find a scrap/breakers yard and see if you can swap... I am sure you can find a smashed up X5

Or just search flea-bay for it piece by piece

And my last idea is just get a can of paint and spray over them...

Both good ideas... For some reason you will find buying the stuff piece by piece will save you a ton of money. Get ready for a shock when you get a price from the dealers, iirc its stupid money.

Let us know how you get on though

Some members have wrapped them in 3M carbon vinyl with great results....http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/...photos-t66254/

They do the sheets in silver and white, I think it'd look sweet

Yeah it does look nice in Silver, but i would rather have a pure carbon part then wrap it in a carbon lookalike..

    Thanks Again!
