    Hi,

I know this has been posted a lot of times in various forms but none of the replies give an exact or accurate answer, "apart from pull it hard"

I ve done everything that the other post suggests, but I cant shift anything. Im no weakling and Ive given the damn thing my best shot for about a week now but it still wont move.

Im now getting desperate and about to give up so any final advice, warnings, tips, tricks, prayers, offerings or sacrifices would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

pull it is defo the way mate..i watched the guy who did my re-trim do exactly that...tho to be honest..never clicked back in again so be careful...try twisting it very slightly fromside to side...rest your elbows n the console..givs you more leverage...even get a mate too help..it wll come off...remeber and hold the button in too as this releases the gear lock

not sure davy..think mine was in neutral as this as the easiest position for leverage...could get both hands round it an twist it wiout the chance off smackin your knuckles off the radio when it finally flys off!
