    hi ive just joined the forum ive got a bmw clubsport 2002 model and i was wondering if the chrome tips on the 330ci are the same ones as the clubsport because the tips on mine are badly corroded but the pipes are mint im going up to quarry motors tomorrow to get some parts and possibly the rear tips if i can find any so i wondered if the 330ci tips will do? thanks

    Dunno about what ones fit your car but I wouldn't pay the stealers the cash they ask for the chrome exhaust trim! Picked one up on eBay for £5 delivered! It was a genuine part but was meant for a z4, but it fits mine (E46 318ci convertible) like it was meant to be there. I think the key is the internal diameter mine is about 60mm. Maybe have a look on the realoem web site for part numbers then google and eBay them?

    the pipes are the same as the sport mate but different from the non sports

    sorry to somewhat hijack your thread, but how do you actually remove the tips? i just bought a genuine 318compact tip to replace mine. no idea how to do the swap over.

    i think they just clip over the bare exhaust

    I think you have to unbend some lugs to get them off.
