Don't do it mate - it'll look like one of the Saxo's you see down at the local Maccy D's - even the ACS ones look a bit naff (and cost more than a sports exhaust!)

haha i had to resort to the 'chavness' of going to halfords to put a 'chrome' exhaust trim!
for £10, it will do me for the time being. only bought it purely because the tailpipe looks tiny when looking at the rear of the car due to whacking some new tyres on there!

can take a pic of it if you want?

thats definitely the same as mine but black!! have you tried cleaning it with some stainless steel cleaner?? or is it definitely meant to be black??

i see beyond the tip the exhaust looks a bit rusty where as mine is stainless steel, weird because i assume these exhausts are standard on our cars???

yeh its strange because they do look like generic bmw tips and no a complete backbox. dont really fancy shedding out on a complete system 250 then a paid a mechanic to fit the thing. all too pricey for not much gain. yeh i recon its meant to be black on the silver version. shame because chrome would be shweeeeet
