    Proper axle stands, never really liked the way the bm jacks lift the car and i've heard that a few members cars have fallen over.

    You'd be better of using a trolley jack and axle stands, or even with a oem jack but always use axle stands

    pearl white would look smart but you would be forever cleaning the brake dust off them but yeah a nice anthrasite would look the dogs danglies.

    Most new cars come with a dark silvery grey caliper. If your going oem route thats the colour to go for

    I think i'll do mine silver or white in the near future

    I used hammerite (i think did them years ago) I got a couple of tins from motorworld and brushed them on, but i'm sure you can get them in a rattle can aswell.
