As title, I want to remove me arch liners and waxoil the old girl, was thinking of using carplan tetroseal waxoil, mainly cos it's in a aerosol, any thoughts recommendations the car has no rust whatsoever, well that I've found anyway so don't want to cure just prevent

You may find some surface rust on the inside of the arch lip that hasn't got far enough to break though yet. You need to get right into the arck lip /crease' with an old screwdriver and a toothbrush to clean it right out. Use some coarse emery to sand back any rust you find (120 grit is about right) followed by Kurust - this is the stuff that turns dark blue when you brush it on. Hammerite followed by a load of proper Waxoyl brushed into the arch crease, and paint a load of it onto the rubber seal for the arch liner as well. Once the liner is back in, brush more of it into the gap between the wing and arch liner - Waxoyl thickens up in cold weather.

    Well worth doing!
