On the side of the doors you have two holes (cover in black rubber) Take the first screw out (don't drop it inside !!!) take the lock off and then you gonna see another screw - this one is only for keeping handle in so just unscrew a bit and pull the handle out. I spent about 30 min on the first one but every next one took me 2 min
    Hope this help.

For the rear and front bumper strips if you pull from the edge thats overlapping the numberplate trim it comes out easy enough. Be gentle though dont want to break any of the plastic clips. Like others have said for the door strips they're held in buy rubber lugs.
None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.

If these handles are the same as the saloon E46, inside the door, remove the rubber bung, there will be a 4 or 5mm Hex key bolt. Unscrew the bolt, it shouldn't drop inside the door. Remove the small piece of the handle (the bit where the lock is). Next, it'll either slide out when pulled towards the rear edge of the door (dependant on year, I think), or there will be a T15 Torx screw within the door, just take a good look around with a torch through the hole. Pull the handle so you can see the T15 screw, undo it slightly until the handle stays "out" by itself". The give it a firm pull and it should just come right out. PM me if you need any further assistance or advice

    Hope I helped!
I'm a panelbeater if you need advice :]
