Hey guys got really excited the other day ordering an M3 replica bumper for my loon, only then to find out yesterday that it doesn't fit!! Even though it was stated as 'bolt on'!! Trust Ebay!! I'm now waiting on some sport brackets to try again but whats the point, the whole bumper is 2-3 inches wider anyway. How can it be stated to fit any 3series if thats the case. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT I will attempt to recieve a refund based of false description if its not modifiable, anyway, is there any hope? Is there such a bumper to fit a saloon, i saw one from Reiger at £400 odd but no way if its ill fitting, advise please.

Original M3 bumpers are wider however the OP has bought a replica bumper that is supposed to fit all models....

I would get in touch with M style, they are very good usually so will refund you.It may be they have sent out the wrong bumper.I wouldn't try and modify the bumper though I would rather send it back and either get a refund or a proper fitting one instead

Ye hopefully at least i'l get a refund. My sport brackets arrived today so i can now fit properly to see how much wider it really is, iv heard of some people having to screw the bumper in the side to pull it in but i dont want any messy work, its frustrating as i have seen many examples of saloons with M3 bumpers and they look very good.

Has anyone out there tried the expensive reiger one? Or is just the case that any replica M3 bumper will be M3 width?
