Have you tried the dealer? and can you find a part number?

Cooper BMW has a good online search facility

I will do that. Thanks. Any Idea how to replace it? I presume the BMW garage won't tell me this?

the guys at the parts are normally quite alrite and may offer you some advice if you ask it,

Im struggling to see what part it is in your photo, but if its the horrizontal part i would imagine it clips on

if it is that horizontal part: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...67&hg=51&fg=20

    part 9 in link,

parts 11 and 10 is a trim clip and a screw, this is what holds that trim on
