    ok i need some advice.
basically how can i improve the car without it looking tacky or chav?
it already has 18" mv2 rims which am leavin on.
    i was thinking......
1, replace lenses for clear 1's
    2, tint windows
3, paint bump strips all round in body colour
    4, chrome door handles
    5, full leather interior
6, re-do all interior trim in carbon fibre

    can any1 else think/suggest anything?????

    Clear lenses yes,
Tinted windows are like marmite, so love some hate, depends on the tint, especially as fronts have to be legal.
    Bump strips, yes
    Chrome handles big NO.
    Leather yes.
All interior trim in carbon, there's a perfect blend IMO, too much is chav.

Black bonnets grills for me, chrome is

Ye that sounds spot on!!! Deff remove any chrome, looks cack!lol

Have you thought about lowering it? I recently fitted some Eibach pro kit springs on mine and that little bit of drop has made the world of diff! And it goes round corners like it's on rails now.

I also think painting to bump strips is a marmite mod! Def depends on the colour of your car! Silver always looks good, but I think most others look strange, the compacts really suit it tho!lol
If it aint broke, don't fix it!!!

I think a subtle tint can really enhance the car - too dark, and it will look chavy.

I'd paint the bump strips (doing that to mine over the bank holiday weekend) and black grills look good (again planning doing this over the weekend). Clear indicator bulbs make a big change - certainly tidied up the look of my car.

What about a set of angel eyes?

    hey there,

    how about your wheels?
if your going to lower it then the wheels could make another big impact, maybe m6 or mv2 to make them that bit better but not OTT.

im currently saving for what i wnt to do but im going all out on my e46 saloon but it does sound ike a good project=D

chrome door handles, i think are a bit chav,

    go for some eyes

instead of clearing the lenses you could smoke them if you are going to go for tints
